{Wow, that is a really big picture of me!}

Hi all! My name is Nicole. I live in Northern California with my husband and 4 adorable kiddos. I am a stay-at-home mom. My husband’s name is Nick (I know, isn’t it so cute: Nick AND Nicole! we were meant for each other) and we were married in 1998. I have been torturing him with my cheapness ever since (we’ll just say that he is, um how do I put this nicely. . . not frugal! Love you honey!)

I have always been frugal. When I was nine years old, I saved all of my money including gifts and allowance, for over a year and bought myself my own bedroom furniture and bedding. I know. What nine year old does this? I continued down this frugal path throughout my growing up years, through college and into marriage.

I have always cut corners wherever I could and spent as little money as possible. I would shop the sales and clearance racks. BUT, I never used coupons and I had never stepped foot into a Walgreens except for emergency purchases, until early 2008. Now I have found the perfect hobby for myself: couponing. I can’t believe the incredible deals that I get every week. I am giddy inside every time that I come home with my purchases.
