I like to heat a flour tortilla and use whatever leftovers I have in the frig–chicken, beef, cheese, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream,or anything else that sounds good!

scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms/onions/peppers or rice with sauteed onion/peppers, salsa, black beans and cheese. (Of course, frozen pizza is the ultimate timesaver!)
