I am addicted to sweets! Lately, when my toddler sees me pour a glass of milk, he automatically says, “Cookies!” That’s how I knew I had a problem. So I’m trying to tone it down a little bit and have switched to graham crackers and milk Ü

Our favorite treat at night is popcorn. We cook it on the stove. That always helps me with my treat cravings.
